Arctic Flow

Inspired by glaciers and mountainous terrain observed in Alaska, Arctic Flow uses changing rhythmic density to suggest the seasonal movement of ice. Clear releases and sustained sounds contribute to an organ-like ensemble character. The original ten-player work and later chamber-orchestra edition offer distinct instrumental realizations; listening references must be matched to the chosen version.
